I have over 18 years of experience working as a psychologist.
My jobs have taken me into: medical and psychiatric hospitals, emergency room, schools and universities, homes, community centers, businesses, drug treatment facilities, and private practice.
I have helped a large number of people deal with a variety of problems: depression and suicide; physical, sexual, and emotional abuse; drug abuse; domestic violence; children with severe behavioral/emotional problems; parenting problems; marriage, divorce, family relations; grief & loss; poverty and homelessness; identity issues; life transitions; work problems and dissatisfaction: crisis management; chronic illness; severe psychiatric conditions, etc.
Because I have lived, worked, volunteered and traveled through out the world, I have had the opportunity to interact with people from different nationalities, cultures, economies, and backgrounds which is a great advantage. It helps me to be culturally-sensitive, open-minded, and compassionate in my work and as a person.
